You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of programmatic advertising campaigns to achieve the company’s marketing objectives. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, data analysis, and media buying strategies, along with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members to ensure effective campaign performance and delivery.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of programmatic advertising strategies.
- Campaign Oversight: Supervise the planning, set up, and management of programmatic advertising campaigns across various Demand-Side Platforms.
- Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimise campaign performance to meet KPIs and maximise ROI.
- Data Analysis: Analyse campaign data to extract actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management and key business stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent and effective campaign execution.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members in their development and daily tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry regulations and company policies regarding data privacy and brand safety.
- 4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media buying.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing programmatic campaigns from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and performance optimisation.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving campaign issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or certifications from DSPs like The Trade Desk Edge Academy are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
