Job Summary

You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of programmatic advertising campaigns to achieve the company’s marketing objectives. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, data analysis, and media buying strategies, along with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members to ensure effective campaign performance and delivery.

Responsibilities

- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of programmatic advertising strategies.
- Campaign Oversight: Supervise the planning, set up, and management of programmatic advertising campaigns across various Demand-Side Platforms.
- Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimise campaign performance to meet KPIs and maximise ROI.
- Data Analysis: Analyse campaign data to extract actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management and key business stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent and effective campaign execution.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members in their development and daily tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry regulations and company policies regarding data privacy and brand safety.
